Can I still use the GCL 2-50 G in slope mode?
Yes, it is possible. Instead of having the pendulum lock to hold the pendulum in place during slope mode, the pendulum would lean on the housing. This greatly simplify the operation and avoid confusion between leveling mode and slope mode.
How do I know when I am in slope mode or out of level?
When the tool is out of level, in the beginning it will flash quickly for 2 seconds and then blink every 5 seconds, so that the user can still work with it but knows that the tool is not self-levelling.
Which receivers are compatible with the device?
The optional LR 7 Professional receiver can be used to extend the working range up to 50m.
Can the device be used outside? Is the laser still visible?
The device has a very good visibility. However, for working in bright ambient light it is recommended to use a laser receiver or a target plate.
Does the device have a pendulum lock?
Yes, the device has pendulum lock for safe transport when the tool is turned off.
