When remote controller/light engine are not work：
1. Put a NEW battery that works well on your other remote (many batteries are faulty)  in this remote controller. –Make sure your battery works well.
2. Press the button “ON”, to see the indicator light of the remote controller lit up or not. (If not please send us the photo of press the button but indicator light not lit up, we will send you a replacement)
3. Power on the light engine, use the remote to turn on , press the button”Music off” , then choose a static color like Red, Blue to see if it now all work well.
