Can I control SMART+ ZigBee products without a smart home gateway or bridge?
Yes, you can connect our ZigBee products directly to the Smart+ ZigBee switches and control them this way.
Is it possible to integrate the SMART+ ZigBee products into the Apple Home app?
No, a direct connection is not possible. Some gateway manufacturers, however, offer to integrate the gateway into the Apple Home app.
Are SMART+ ZigBee products compatible with bluetooth products?
Bluetooth and ZigBee are two different radio protocols and are therefore not compatible with each other.
How can SMART+ ZigBee products be reset?
Products that are integrated into a gateway can be deleted via the gateway app. There is also a manual reset. The luminaires and lamps can be reset by switching them ON for five seconds and OFF for five seconds. Repeat this five times in a row.
