Terms and Conditions about Preciva Hot Air Soldering Station:

1. Before turn on the power, the air pressure gun handle must be placed on the handle holder.

2. Please keep the air-vents unblocked! No blockages.

3. After finished the work, you must place the heating handle on the handle holder. And let the machine automatically cool down until the display “—” (stop sending) before turning off the power switch of the gun.

4. When using a smaller nozzle other than the standard nozzle of the machine, to avoid damage to the gun, the air volume must be adjusted to maximum and use it in a short period of time under lower temperature.

5. According to the requirements of the work, choose a suitable nozzle. Different nozzles may have a slight temperature difference. The distance between the outlet and the object is at least 2 mm.

6. When first time use it, please pay attention to check the soldering iron tip's temperature change . When the temperature rises to just deepen the tin wire, apply a layer of tin on the soldering iron tip and adjust to the required temperature.

7. The temperature of the soldering iron tip is not recommended to set very high. Excessive temperature will weaken the function of the soldering iron. When the interval is not in use, please lower the temperature.

8. The soldering tips should be cleaned regularly with a cleaning sponge. After used, the soldering tips should be wiped clean and plated with a new layer of tin to prevent oxidation of it.

Attention to the use of air gun

1. Four types of nozzles (φ5mm φ8mm φ10mm 13*13mm) are presented in the kit, we do not recommend using nozzles below φ5mm

2. The maximum wind speed of the air gun is 120L/min. When the temperature is set higher than 380℃, the wind speed should be higher than 50L/min, otherwise the heat accumulation will cause the handle of the air gun to melt due to high temperature.

Notice

1. When installing the nozzle, do not too force it! do not use pliers to pull the edge of the nozzle! Do not force the bolt to tighten!

2. Firstly let the heating tube and nozzle cooling down before installing the nozzle.

3.To avoid burns to your body, do not touch the heating tube or spray the face directly with air pressure gun. At the beginning of the startup, white smoke may be emitted. This is a normal phenomenon that it will disappear later.
