Start cooking on the hob then use the handle to move your pan to the oven. Minus the handle, each pan doubles as an ovenproof dish, safe up to 260°C. These black pans also make stylish serving dishes once the handle is detached, so you can serve your food piping hot, straight from oven to table.
Into the Fridge or Dishwasher
You can also use the cooled pans to store leftovers in the fridge – simply attach the Ingenio airtight lid. You can even reheat food in the same pan and they’re dishwasher safe (minus the handle). That’s one less job when you’ve finished cooking!

Safe and Secure Handle
The Ingenio concept is built around a patented detachable handle that attaches and detaches with one click, turning frying pans into oven dishes, and saucepans into baking tins, serving dishes or storage containers.
Crafted from robust Bakelite, the handle won’t burn when exposed to heat – just remember to detach it when you place a pan in the oven. To attach it, simply press the lever under the handle. Then to release it, just squeeze the two side buttons simultaneously.
