TOPENS KD702 Automatic Gate Opener is designed for Light Duty dual swing gates up to a maximum of 3.6 m long or 140 kg in weight.
- Two installation modes, Pull-to-Open or Push-to-Open, allows gate open inwards or outwards.
- Equipped with manual release key in case of power outage or when you lose your remote.
- Advanced TOPENS microchip rolling code technology for remote controls. To improve your gate safety, only TOPENS authorized remote controls and wireless accessories are allowed to operate TOPENS Gate Opener.
- Soft start and soft stop ensure a long-lasting performance. The soft start & stop period is adjustable.
- Stop in case of obstruction during gate opening. With the TC102 photocell beam (included), reverse in case of obstruction during gate closing.
- The 24V Blinker Warning Light (included) notifies guests that the gate swings to open/close.
- Reliable electromagnetism limit switch for easy adjustment.
- Digital display indicates the running situation and setting menu.
- Built-in adjustable auto-close time (0-99 seconds) and adjustable obstruction sensitivity / stall force.
- Built-in adjustable max. Motor Running Time (MRT 1-50 seconds) for multiple safety protection.

How to Power This Gate Opener?
NOTE: The tiny CR2025 3V button cell batteries that come with the package are ONLY for the remote control.
Power Mode 1 – Use only the AC 220V-240V electricity to power the system
- Recommended where AC electricity is accessible and stable.
- The power supply cord is NOT included.
- The power supply cord should be at least 2×0.75mm2 (2C×18AWG). Connect the live wire and neutral wire to the “L” (#1) and “N” (#3) terminals respectively.
- Release the clutch and open the gate manually in case of power outage.
Power Mode 2– by AC 220V-240V electricity and back-up batteries, use ONLY solar panel & solar charge controller to charge the batteries
- Recommended where AC electricity is accessible, but not stable.
- Requires additional 24V 12Ah Automotive / Marine type battery (Battery is NOT included). 2 pcs 12V batteries connected in series for 24V.
- The 20-Watt 24V solar panel charging kit is sold separately.
