The F-bike home trainer by Ultrasport is the perfect way to do gentle endurance training. Hand pulse sensors are located on each of the handlebars, which show the pulse and other current values on the fitness computer throughout the workout. The analysed data is clearly arranged and easily visible on the display.
The training sessions can be completed at any time, and the difficulty can be easily and individually adjusted using the various resistance levels. This means that both beginners and pros can train on the same equipment, and just have to put the comfortable height-adjustable saddle in the right position before they start working out.
