Desktop version
To use the device on a PC, you must first download the desktop app.
The following should be noted here

• When using your e-mark for the first time, you must first establish a WLAN connection. This can be done via the mobile app or the desktop version. Please perform the firmware update on the e-mark next – a message will be displayed automatically. Please make sure that you are using app version 2.1.8 or higher for the first connection.
• If the new firmware has been successfully installed, it is now also possible to switch to USB.
• For desktop software with a WLAN connection to the e-mark, any LAN connections may have to be disconnected beforehand.
• The e-mark create can be connected either via WLAN or USB cable, please note the colour of the light on the back right of the e-mark blue = WLAN connection, pink = USB connection
