• The Easymix 2-in-1 tumble composter has a closed drum to prevent insects and unpleasant odours with a capacity of 100 l container (usable volume 75 litres, 25 litres of space required for mixing). The drum is placed on a smooth rolling system base to allow effortless rotation of the container with the handles on the side of the drum and 4 adjustable vents to improve the composting process with oxygen.
• Thanks to the “Tumble” system, the composting process is significantly accelerated, from 6 months with a standard composter to just 2 months. The drum is equipped with a wide and lockable hatch (27.5 cm) specially adapted to the size of a scoop to easily remove the compost from the drum. Stickers on the hatch clearly explain what kind of waste can enter the drum and how to use the composter
• For best results, this is a mixture of 40% green nitrogen-containing mass (“wet” waste) and 60% brown carbon mass (“dry” waste). Unique to the Easymix is the special collection container that is placed under the barrel.
• This patented storage container collects the highly nutrient-rich leakage liquid released during composting and can then be connected directly to a garden hose to feed the plants (1L of fertiliser to 40L of water).
• Once the composting process is completed, the drum can be easily removed from the ground and rolled to its destination where the compost can be distributed in the garden or mixed with the soil.
