DHP485Z 18V Brushless Combi Drill

The DHP485Z Brushless Combi Drill is powered by 18V Li-ion LXT slide type battery, with brushless motor and variable speed control by trigger, to deliver up to 28,500 bpm, 1,900 rpm and 50 Nm maximum torque for a wide range of drilling, fastening and hammer drilling applications.

DHP485Z is not compatible with G-Series batteries.

The DHP485Z is compact, equipped with forward/reverse rotation, electric brake, 21 torque settings plus drill mode for added fastening control and 2 mechanical gears. High speed mode for speedy drilling in light duty applications and low speed mode for heavy duty applications requiring high torque.

The DTD153Z is not compatible with G-Series batteries.

It is lightweight, weighing no more than a 3.0 Ah Li-ion battery, has a longer run time and battery life. Anytime charge, no memory effect and no discharging required. Multi-contact terminals reduce electrical resistance and increases connection stability withstanding against vibratio and ultimately ensures stable current supply to the tool. Lightweight and shock absorbing. The Li-ion range delivers up to 430 per cent more workig capacity during its lifetime compared to Ni-Cad and is 40 per cent lighter than Ni-Mh. Makita DC18RC 14.4V / 18V Li-ion Charger The DC18RC is a compact charger for 14.4V or 18V Li-ion batteries. The DC18RC is equipped with a built in changing melody; the melody plays on completion of charge, and a forced air cooling system. The charger is equipped with a cooling fan to blow cool air into the heated battery in order to enable the battery to provide its own performance. The DC18RC features intelligent charging technology to control the current, voltage and temperature to maximise the life of the battery. The built in CPU gathers information from the battery's memory chip for optimum charging. The battery, when charging, transmits data from the memory chip to the charger. The charger has a digital display to identify the condition of the battery and charging condition. You can expect a 2.0 Ah battery to charge in 24 minutes, 3.0 Ah in 22 minutes, 4.0 Ah in 36 minutes and 5.0 Ah in 45 minutes.
