Our current version of Muse is compatible with a wide range of Apple and Android devices.

APPLE
Muse is compatible with Apple devices using iOS operating system 11.0 and higher. A list of Apple devices that are compatible with iOS 11.0 can be found on the Apple support page. Your Apple Operating System (iOS) and phone/tablet information can generally be found in the “Settings” icon on your phone/tablet. In “Settings” tap on your name, which is listed at the top of the page. After tapping your name, towards the bottom of the page, it will list what your phone or tablet is. “This iPhone”, “This iPad” etc. Please tap on it. After tapping on your device, it will lead you to the “Device Info” screen. The Operating System (iOS) version will be listed beside “Version”.
ANDROID
Muse works best with Android devices which use Android operating system 5.0 or higher. Muse requires Bluetooth LE 4.0 or higher. Your operating system and phone/tablet information can generally be found in the “Settings” icon on your phone/tablet. Generally there are “About Phone” and “Software Information” sections where your device name and software/operating system version is displayed. If your mobile phone or tablet is not in this article, it does not necessarily mean your device is not compatible with Muse.
