Important Usage Tips:

1. Please make sure that the size of the loaded thermal labels, the print settings on devices, and the source file are completely the same.

2. The printer is mostly used for printing 4″x 6” shipping labels. If you want to print other sizes, please press and hold the green feeder button until you hear one short beep to perform a calibration of the label. And set the printer correspondingly on your computer.

3. Please ensure that the labels are uploaded correctly that the paper side is facing up the ceiling. If not, the printer will output blank labels.

4. If your file labels are downloaded from eBay or other platforms, please select to download 4″x 6″ file label instead of 8 x 11.5″ to print.

5. Bluetooth connection with a smartphone: Please download the app “F B A Print” and run it to pair Bluetooth when the printer is on. After that import files to the app to print.

1)For Android: Please allow the APP to access the location and storage of your smartphone when you connect it the first time. If your device is Samsung Galaxy, you can print images only.

2) For iPhone: Please send the source file to the APP via social software, like Skype, Facebook, etc.

3) For iPad: The same connection as iPhone, after running the App, please place the iPad vertically to print.

4) The Printer is compatible with Mac OS X v10.9 or later but its Bluetooth is incompatible with MacBook. Please print with a USB cable connected if your device is a MacBook.

5) The app is only used for printing 4″x 6″ labels. It does not support customizing labels.
