You will never run out of space as you can let one ferment while filling up the other. To use, you only need to add a handful of Bokashi Bran (1 kg included in the offer) and seal the lid. After around 10 days the compost is ready to use. It also produces a liquid feed through the tap that is full of beneficial bacteria and can be diluted as plant feed. It can also be poured down the drainpipes to prevent algae build up and bad odours. Bokashi is a unique fermenting method. The word comes from Japanese, meaning �fermented organic matter�. Bokashi is different from traditional composting as the process is anaerobic (materials have to be isolated from oxygen) and liquid has to be drained to prevent bad odours.
