To Best Install the Box:

(1) You must first place the other side and then the side where you have Type C, micro HDMI interfaces, so it is well placed.

(2) You need to get the Raspberry Pi down as in the assembly video. Just push and push towards the connectors and soon it’s set

(3) If you want to remove the Raspberry Pi from the case, please remove the SD card first.

SD Card Capacity

The SanDisk MicroSD card may appear smaller when inserted into a PC as it is preloaded with Raspbian 3.2GB. Formatting it, the card will show the maximum capacity and can be expanded according to your needs.

Raspberry Pi Motherboard can’t boot 

Please try to format the SD card/replace the SD card.

No Video Output

Replace HDMI port/HDMI cable/display.
