The efficient and stylish DX200T Premier Centrifugal Extract Fan with Timer Delay is designed specifically for domestic applications, including bathrooms, shower rooms, toilets and utility rooms where longer duct runs are required. They are also suitable for commercial applications such as hotel rooms, office toilets and commercial bathrooms.

With a gloss white casing with a clean and sleek appearance, a two part casing enables the fan to be recess or surface mounted. The front cover can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance.

With four speeds, selected during installation, and with an automatic air operated backdraught shutter, the DX200 can extract up to 108 meters³ of air per hour (FID = free inlet discharge).

The DX200T is a timer delay fan, meaning the fan is connected to the lighting circuit and switches on with the light, however, once the light is turned off the fan will continue to run for between 30 seconds and 20 minutes. This timer delay feature is set during installation.

The DX200T has a ‘QuickVisit’ delay feature preventing the fan from running should the light be switched on/off again within 2 minutes. The fan also has a room size selector that matches the extract performance for improved efficiency and a mechanical trickle ventilation facility.

Technical Details: Designed for use with 100mm round ducting, the recommended hole diameter is 117mm in a wall or ceiling. The maximum electrical power rating is 34 watts and are suitable for 220-240V AC 50Hz mains operation. Motors are totally enclosed and maintenance free for life, with self-aligning bearings and a thermal cut out. All electronics and wiring terminals are fully protected. The fan is IPX5 rated, BEAB Approved and conforms to Building Regulations. The product has a 2 year manufacturer’s guarantee.
