Delivery
All items are shipped from a UK warehouse via courier partners and delivery will be booked in with you on a convenient day. Fixed chairs and multiple item orders will be sent on a pallet service and will be delivered to kerbside only on their pallet. Deliveries are made Mon-Fri (excl. bank holidays), between 8am and 6pm. Specific timeslots are not available.

Packaging
We aim to provide the right amount of protection with the minimum amount of waste. All teak items are packaged in cardboard which when handled correctly provides sufficient protection and can be disposed of in most home recycling.

Aftercare
Chairs are pre-treated at manufacture but as a natural product the teak will weather and as part of this process turn a beautiful silver/grey colour. If you wish to maintain the teak colour we recommend the use of a teak sealant on our products.
