Similarly, the size of individual Aggregate particles may differ if supplied at different stages but will be within the dimensions stated in the . IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION. Deliveries will be made with a tail-lift vehicle to flat, hard-standing, kerbside locations only (Hiab’s or truck mounted forklifts are not utilised) as close as possible to the delivery address provided. We are unable to manoeuvre over gravel, drag up slopes or position in gardens or on turf / soil. Bulk Bags are delivered on a pallet and will be unloaded using a manual pallet trolley which is lowered to the road by the tail lift on the truck. Deliveries will be made between 7am-7pm, and we’ll provide an online tracking system (no SMS or email notifications provided). If the driver can’t complete delivery due to site access or no one available at property to take the delivery, then the customer will be responsible for a redelivery charge.
