What resistance do I should chose?
We have 4 different colors bench press band,their max resistances are 80LB,105LB,150LB and 200LB. each color have 3 adjustable levels.you can choose according to your daily training.
If the resistance is too high, too low and want to try other resistance,what can I do?
Our bench press band are easily removeable.you can just order some replaceable bands in our store.then enjoy more different resistance,don't need to order other color device.
Why I feel that the resistance is not enough,easier than barbell?
Our Bench Press band is different from barbell.when you push up,the resistance is gradually increasing from zero.due to length limit of arm,the resistance might not be up to max.so It's easier than barbell.
Is the device safe and what if the bands snap within a short period of use?
Our bench press band is covered with cloth,it's safe.we don't recommend overstretching it.and we provide free bands replacement if they snap in short time.
