What do I need to start using my SMART+ WiFi products?
Our SMART+ WiFi products can easily be controlled via the LEDVANCE SMART+ WiFi app on compatible iOS or Android smartphones or tablets. A WLAN router with a 2.4 GHz frequency band is required for this.
Are SMART+ WiFi products compatible with ZigBee or Bluetooth products?
WiFi, Bluetooth and ZigBee are three different radio protocols and are therefore not compatible with each other.
Can I use the same account for my SMART+ Bluetooth app as I do for my SMART+ WiFi app?
No, the user details for the Bluetooth app and WiFi app are stored on different clouds. You will need to register for the WiFi app separately to be able to use it.
How can SMART+ WiFi products be reset?
SMART+ WiFi products can be reset by deleting the lamp or luminaire in your LEDVANCE SMART+ WiFi app or manually by switching the lamp or luminaire on for three seconds, then switching off for three seconds and repeating this five times in a row.
