• Characteristics: Two types of Apple grown on one deciduous fruit tree. This duo bears tasty ‘Elstar’ and ‘Golden Delicious’ varieties. The former is green-yellow and red skinned with an intense flavour. The latter takes on yellow skin as it ages, with a honeyed, sweet taste when ripe. Heavy crops of both are produced in Autumn.

This Apple tree duo features ‘Elstar’ and ‘Golden Delicious’ varieties. This brings together an intensely flavoured variety of fruit with one of a honeyed taste when ripe. The skin of each type also differs – Elstar has a green-yellow and red colour, whilst Golden Delicious is heavily yellow. Both sets of fruit will be ready to pick in Autumn. The tree also has green deciduous foliage, pink Spring flowers and eventually grows to a height and spread of 4 – 8m.

This pair is an MM106, making it a great orchard sized tree for your garden. It should be placed in full sun or partial shade and can be grown in most soil types as long as they are kept moist and well-drained. These Malus are also fully hardy and will be a stunning addition when given a large enough space to encompass its full growth.
