The PENN Regiment III SLD Carbon rods are unique boat rods with blanks which are made out of full carbon with special Spiral Armour Technology.This 100% solid carbon cross wrap structure is practically indestructible and yet extremely slim and sensitive and is made out of several layersof 46T and 30T carbon with a full 24T carbon core. Finished with saltwater proof stainless steel guides and tapered ergonomic, easy to cleanhigh-density EVA handles, these rods are truly unique and are perfect for fishing for mixed species and the heavier versions are even capable ofstopping huge blue sharks and halibuts!
