Q: Which app do I need to download to connect my camera to my phone?
A: You can download the iSmart DV 2 app from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Press the “∧” button to turn on the wifi function. The WiFi app allows you to control your camera remotely from your smartphone.
Q: The TF (MicroSD) card is inserted, but the system still prompts “Please insert SD card” or other error reports.
A: First, check if the TF card has been formatted in the camera. If the problem is still not resolved, it is possible that the file system of the TF card has been corrupted. Try replacing the TF card with a new U3 TF card of 32-128GB (MicroSD) capacity.
Q: Why doesn't my EIS function work/can't I turn it on?
A: Please make sure you have turned on the EIS function. And please note that EIS function is not compatible with Timelapse, Slowmotion or Fastmotion Mode. The EIS function supports video at 60FPS or 30FPS.
Q: Can the remote control be used underwater?
A: The remote control is not completely waterproof, so it cannot be fully submerged in water. If the remote control for your sports camera occasionally encounters a splash of water, please dry it promptly.
