: The 501. Clone battalion has served the Republic in significant battles such as the Battle of Christophsis and the siege of Mandalore. This unit, known mainly for its bravery and unorthodox tactics, has a reputation throughout the Great Army of the Republic to win victory despite insurmountable obstacles.
