The DMX120BT features a 17.3 cm high resolution WVGA double DIN colour monitor that doubles as a touch-sensitive user interface for controlling all device functions. On board there is also a new high-performance tuner for FM, MW and LW, a rear USB port for connecting storage media including full iPod support. Of course, other video sources or an automatically switchable rear view camera can also be fed into the Kenwood moniceiver. In addition, the DMX120BT understands Bluetooth wireless connections: whether hands-free calling, comfortable searching in the mobile phone contacts or playing the music data stored on the phone – everything is conveniently done wirelessly. Android USB mirror allows you to mirror the phone’s display content thanks to digital image data transfer via USB. This allows you to use navigation apps and other helpful applications. The mirrored content can even be easily operated directly via the touch screen. Practical, intuitive functions and the sophisticated design with ergonomic controls facilitate handling and increase driving safety. By eliminating an integrated CD drive, the installation depth of the DMX120BT could be reduced by approx. 50%. This means that it can also be used on vehicles with particularly confined installation space.
