Materials and techniques

TOUS uses fine materials and precious gemstones as well as new materials and techniques such as titanium, silicone, hydrothermal gemstones, vermeil and bilaminate. At TOUS, there is no department of innovation – it’s an attitude shared by all. As the company has grown, it is has innovated in its manufacturing formulas to combine traditions of craftsmanship with the latest technological advances.

Product guarantee and verification certificates

TOUS sources its raw materials with care and adheres to the Kimberly process, a certification process designed to prevent diamonds originating in conflict zones from reaching the market. As well as diamonds, TOUS monitors the provenance of all the other metals and materials it uses.

After-Sales Service

An important part of our relationship with our clients begins at the moment they make their purchase, because we are jointly responsible for maintaining their piece of jewellery. At TOUS, our after-sales service is key, thanks to a team of skilled restorers who are able to maintain jewellery to ensure that it remains our clients’ lives .

Corporate Social Responsibility

TOUS plays an active part in social and environmental projects, such as the restoration of iconic jewellery stores as a symbol of the company’s respect for culture, or the conversion of an old factory, according to sustainable guidelines, to house the TOUS Head Office .
