- Mode 1: Off
- Mode 2: 30 seconds. clockwise; 14.5 min. Break; 30 seconds. Counterclockwise; 14.5 min. Break; then repeat! 576 revolutions per day;
- Mode 3: 1.5 min. Clockwise; 13.5 min. Break; 1.5 min. Counterclockwise; 13.5 min. Break; then repeat! 1440 revolutions per day;
- Mode 4: 2 min. Clockwise; 13 min. Break; 2 min. Counterclockwise; 13 min. Break; then repeat! 1920 revolutions per day;
- Mode 5: 5 min. Clockwise, 5 min. Counterclockwise; then repeat repetition of this cycle for 1 hour; 5 hours break; then repeat! 2640 revolutions per day;
