The world’s most popular board game meets Lord of the Rings. The houses are now strongholds and the hotels are fortresses. The properties are all locations taken from Lord of the Rings, which now runs from Bag End to Mount Doom. The Chance and Community chest cards are now People and Events, no more bank errors in your favour, instead the cards are inspired by events from the story. There is also a special playing piece to represent the Ring, which moves around the board until it reaches Mount Doom and the games ends.

Is there anybody left who doesn’t know how to play Monopoly? The game has been bringing families together to buy, sell and build since 1935. Move around the board, buying and selling property. Build houses and hotels (or fortresses in this case) on your property and charge other players rent if they land on them. Sit back and accumulate a fortune from your property empire but watch out, you need to avoid rent, taxes, jail or going bankrupt!
