How can I charge it and is there a recommended charging device?
You can use a 16.8V 3A D-TAP charger such as Moman Tap50 or a 65W USB-C charger with PD protocol.
The battery is off or can't be charged, is there something wrong with it?
You can communicate with us to confirm the specific problems and we will actively solve the problem for you. The phenomenon will happen due to a trigger such as over-discharge protection, you can use the 5A charger to activate it.
The remaining time on the OLED-screen changes very quickly when the battery is in use, is there any problem?
Please don't worry, this is a normal phenomenon. When the battery is first connected to the device, the remaining time is recalculated. You only need to wait a moment to get the correct data.
Is the remaining time accurate even if I connect multiple device with the battery?
