2. Warranty Policy:

The battery is guaranteed for 5 years or 5000 cycles. During the warranty period, the battery capacity is less than 80% of the design capacity. You can choose a full refund or a free replacement.

3. Instructions for use:

– The battery does not include a charger, only the charger dedicated to lifepo4 batteries can be used (the cut-off voltage of the charger should not be higher than 14.7V). Unmatched charger may damage the lifepo4 battery or cause an accident

– To prolong battery life, the battery will not be fully discharged, but will retain some charge.

– The battery is not equipped with a protocol interface. If the inverter requires that the battery must have an agreement, it won’t work.

– If the ambient temperature is too low, it is recommended to return to a place with a suitable temperature to charge the battery or take heat preservation measures, which can improve the charging efficiency and effectively extend the battery life.
