- A specially formulated high diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) for use in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems
- Adblue contains a 32.5% solution of urea in deionised water which is injected into the exhaust stream to break down harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) into harmless nitrogen and water vapour.
- 5% reduction in fuel costs and lower servicing costs.
- Emissions standards are set by the European Union and other regulatory bodies, AdBlue is required for vehicles that are equipped with SCR systems which are designed to meet these standards
