Ceramizer CS-X For 4-Stroke Motorsport and Extreme Engines Antiwear Treatment
Ceramizer CS-X For 4-Stroke Motorsport and Extreme Engines Antiwear Treatment Petrol Diesel LPG Hybrid
- How does Ceramizer work? Ceramizer is a product designed for the regeneration and protection against wear of friction surfaces in sport and extreme engines. The key advantage of the CS-X preparation is the rapid formation of a ceramic-metal layer (the process takes only 100 km). This is crucial for engines used in a sporty or extreme manner, where there is often no time for the layer to form within the standard period of 1500 km.
- Regeneration is carried out without disassembling the devices, during their normal operation; it is enough to add the preparation to the engine oil. The ceramic-metal layer builds up in all places where metal-to-metal friction occurs, especially in worn areas. This layer evens out and covers micro-defects, scratches, and deformations of the surfaces subject to friction. This can be compared to micro-welding a thin layer of material in worn areas. The layer formation process takes about 100 km of mileage.
- 1. Before applying CSX, it is recommended to change the oil and oil filter. 2. Start the engine and warm it up to the operating temperature of 90°C. 3. In winter conditions, heat the preparation to a temperature of about 25°C, for example, by holding it in your hand (the substance has the consistency of grease and dissolves at temperatures above 25°C). 4. Shake the syringes for about 30 seconds. 5. Pour the dose(s) into the warmed-up engine through the oil filler hole. 6. Start the engine and let it idle for about 15 minutes. 7. Drive gently for approximately 100 km or leave the engine running at idle for about 3 hours.
