Can I use my own SIM?
It is not advised as all our services, support and updates rely on us being able to communicate with the device. It would not affect the cost either as Top Up will still be required to access the service
Can I change the device between vehicles?
Yes our devices can be moved simply & the tools to change the vehicle name are in the App, you can also simply call in & we can change it for you
How can I get help?
We are UK based and will respond to incoming communication right away. See our reviews on support issues
Is my top up transferable to another device?
Yes this is not a problem the Tech Team can do this
Is there a discount with multiple top ups?
No, the service is a fixed cost for all clients
Are your devices Thatcham approved?
No as the device does not have a call centre behind it to notify the user and is not linked to the Police. However, there are alerts in the system to notify you of certain events and users can be set up for the Police if required. We will also liaise with the Police if requested
Is there a replacement service?
Yes, 24 months on each device, simply return any non-working device & we will turn it around the same day. Water ingress, fire and malicious damage however is not covered
