   What audio EQ profile should I be using?

   For the best audio experience, Razer recommends using the ‘Game’ EQ for competitive shooters, ‘Movie’ EQ for MOBAs, RPGs or movies, and ‘Music’ EQ for all forms of music content. A fourth ‘Custom’ EQ is also available for personalization.

   Can I pick up incoming Bluetooth calls from my mobile device with the Razer Kraken V4?

   Yes, this is one of the features supported by Razer SmartSwitch Dual Wireless. After your mobile device has been paired with the Razer Kraken V4, you will be able to pick up Bluetooth calls even while your headset is connected in 2.4 GHz mode.

   Can I use the Razer Kraken V4 whilst charging?

   Yes, the headset still maintains full function while connected to a system or power source via the included USB Type C to A cable, which acts as both a charging and audio cable.

   How long does it take to charge the Razer Kraken V4?

   The Razer Kraken V4 provides approximately 6 hours of play time with just 15 minutes of charge. A full charge would take around 4 hours for 70 hours of play time.
