The Tangent DAC II is a versatile device that combines the functions of DAC, Hi-Fi pre-amp and headphone amp. It has optical, coaxial and USB-B inputs for playing music from a computer, as well as a headphone output with a dedicated amp compatible with most headphones on the market. It is also equipped with an aptX HD Bluetooth receiver for wireless streaming of music from smartphones or tablets. The integrated ESS Sabre DAC offers high precision conversion up to 24-bit/192kHz and DSD512. The Tangent DAC II features XLR and RCA connectors in output, which can be used as a pre-amp in conjunction with a power amp. It offers detailed and natural listening, revealing the intricacies of each recording.
