No, these cartridges cannot be refilled. We do not recommend refilling them as it may affect their performance.

What is the shelf life of these ink cartridges?

These ink cartridges have a 24-month shelf life.

What if my printer does not recognize the ink cartridges?

Remove and reinstall the cartridges, repeating 1-3 times. If the problem continues, gently clean the nozzle and chip using the provided cleaning wipe, then reinstall the cartridges.

If I only print in black and white, do I need to replace the color cartridge when the black ink runs out?
