The Nintendo Switch Pro-Controller is a premium product boasting premium grips and a semi-transparent casing. It has the same buttons as the Nintendo Switch in handheld mode and is designed to be held and operated more easily than the Joy-Con controllers. The primary difference in the controls is that while the directional controls on the Joy-Con (L) are made up of different buttons, the pro controller has a single plus control pad, similar to previous systems. Note: If the buttons are not working power off the console and clean the area around the problematic buttons using a soft, dry toothbrush. Ensure your console has the latest system update, If the console is already up to date, restart it by holding down the POWER Button for three seconds, and select “Power Options”>”Restart.”

Charge the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller (sold separately)
When the Nintendo Switch dock is connected to the AC adapter, connect the controller using the USB charging cable.
The USB charging cable is supplied with the Nintendo Switch Pro controller.
Fully charge the Pro controller battery takes about 6 hours.
You can also charge the controller using the AC adapter supplied with the console.
Connect the Nintendo Switch Pro controller to the included AC adapter (HAC-002) with the console to charge it.
