Easy to Use Operating Instructions

Preliminary Steps

Release Pressure: Ensure there is no residual pressure inside the unit. Release any existing pressure using the release valve located on the side of the pump.

Fill with New Brake Fluid: Remove the cap on the top of the unit and fill it with fresh brake fluid. Ensure there is no old fluid or debris left in the tank.

Filling Procedure

Install Adaptor: Choose an appropriate adaptor from those provided with the unit. Attach the adaptor to the master cylinder of the brake system.

Initial Bleeding Process:

Open the brake bleeder screw and connect it to the waste oil bottle, ensuring all accessories are properly installed.

Pour new brake fluid into the refill tank reservoir.

Pump the handle to transfer new fluid, simultaneously pushing out the old fluid into the waste oil bottle. If there are excessive bubbles in the hose, ensure the bleeder screw is properly greased for a better seal.

When the old fluid in the waste oil bottle appears clean, disconnect the nipple. Repeat this process for all four wheels.

Attention: Maintain the brake fluid at an appropriate liquid level. Too much or too little fluid can adversely affect brake system maintenance.

Assisted Bleeding Process

While the brake fluid is flowing, ask a helper to pump the brake pedal. You should observe the fluid running through the translucent tube.

Final Steps

Release Remaining Pressure: Once the process is complete, release the remaining pressure by pressing down the release valve on the side of the pump.

Disconnect Fluid Supply Hose: After releasing the pressure, disconnect the fluid supply hose from the adaptor on the master cylinder.

Replace Master Cylinder Cap: Replace the master cylinder cap on the vehicle.

Dispose of Waste Brake Fluid: Safely dispose of the waste brake fluid in the bleeding container.
