  If the charging station does not charge after switching on, please check whether the magnetic head and the charging cable are in good contact.

• Why are the Meta Quest 3S Touch controllers not charging?

  Please make sure that the ‘-’ and ‘+’ batteries are correctly inserted in the controller. When charging, the metal contacts of the batteries (pointing upwards) must be in contact with the metal contacts of the battery cover.
