How to measure the door and lock?

⇨Measure your door thickness:30-80mm

⇨Measure the mortise guide sheet width:24mm

⇨Measure the mortise guide sheet lenth:240mm

⇨Measure the mortise upper center to door edge distance: 35mm

⇨Measure the mortise upper center to lower center distance:85mm

    This lock would be not compatible for Multi-pointed door. 

     If you need other different mortise size or you’re not sure about if your present mortise can be compatible this lock without changing new mortise, pls must contact with us before order !!! Get techical support by [email protected].

 How to add the door lock to TT lock app?

⇨Open the battery cover, press and hold the “Reset” button for 5 seconds, the initialization is completed when the buzzer short beep twice.

⇨Make sure that your phone closes to the door lock(within distance of bluetooth:10m ), connected the Internet and Bluetooth turned on.

⇨Open your phone TT lock app and click “”Add lock”, choose “All locks” lock type, search for nearby locks.

⇨Meanwhile, touch the keypad to wake it up so that the app would show nearby locks that can be added.
