Q: Is this camera a battery camera?

No, this wifi camera is not a battery camera. It needs to connect with power all the time. And it uses Micro USB for power supply.

Q: Do I have to subscribe to the cloud service to use the camera?

A: No. Cloud storage is optional. Users can use the cameras without subscribing to cloud storage. We also provide 24-7 recording functions on SD card storage. (SD card is not included in the package)

Q: Can I get an alert notification on my phone when the camera detects a moving object?

A: Yes, the camera has sensitive motion sensor. When the camera is online, simply turn on the motion alert function to receive motion alert notifications.

Q: Will it automatically track when someone passes by?

A: No. The camera doesn't support auto-tracking. You can rotate the PTZ on the app manually.
