Xcalibur Tooling Cast Iron Tenoning Jig for Table Saw

• Safety, accuracy and repeatability are the hallmarks of this heavy-duty tenoning jig. Designed to fit any table saw with a 3/4″ x 3/8″ miter groove, this jig will hold your stock in precise position. The adjustable back stop will support stock from 0 degrees to 45 degrees. The width of the cut is controlled with a fine-threaded adjustment knob. Constructed of cast iron and steel.
• A tenoning jig is designed to work with your table saw to make a tenon which will be part of a mortise and tenon joint. The fully adjustable Tenoning Jig fits left and right tilting table saws with 3/8″ x 3/4″ miter gauge slots while handling a stock up to 3-1/4″ thick.
• With the tenoning jig mounted in the miter slot of the table saw, the workpiece is clamped upright to the jig in various configurations so that the tenon cheek cuts can be made. Then the jig is removed and the workpiece is laid flat on the table saw to make the shoulder cuts.
• The multi-position control levers and extra-large clamping handwheel ensure accurate and repeatable results.
• The Tenoning jig has an adjustable guide bar for removing any loose play for precise results and two large grip handles for smooth control. The bevel angle is adjustable from 90° to 75°, and the backstop is adjustable from 90° to 45°.
